		<description>This is a really great hike that I make a few times a week. The park is in fact a state park run by a private company.  The Confederate Hall at the base of the trail has a great museum with lots of information on the area and the mountain. You can stop in before or after your hike.  It is worth the side trip. You can also follow the Cherokee Trail around the mountain, appx 8 miles, that intersects with the walk up trail.  Most people on the trail do not have hiking etiquette but you have to remember they are doing this for fitness not to enjoy the hike.  Its worth it any day of the week and nice to be around people that at least want to be outside.</description>

		<description>interesting topic...does anyone know if you can backpack down fs rd to usfs campgrounds? if dispersed camping is allowed in forest then would it really be a problem to use tent pad in the campground....i ask because my wife and i have  a 1 yr old and love the campground sites ....ended up at dockery lake in the off season and stayed there once while backpacking</description>

		<description>I&#039;m a big fan of BH.  My only gripe is that the road noise can be bothersome.  If you were one to tent camp or leave the windows of your camper open at night, you might not be able to sleep.</description>
